REFUND/RETURN:
In general, there are no returns or refunds on any calendar items. With regard to the DVD(s), Sandman’s Fishing-Log Calendars warranties that your DVD(s) to be non-defective and working upon delivery. Should your DVD be physically damaged upon delivery, contact us via email ASAP and we will replace your DVD. Otherwise there are no refunds.
SHIPPING:
All calendars and DVD items are sent USPS. At this time, all shipping and handling costs set at a fixed rate at $2.50 per item. and is computed within the shopping cart.
Tax
No sales tax outside Arizona.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We adhere to a strict privacy policy that means your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed, ever.
PAYMENT METHODS:
PayPal is the preferred method. Why? Because it is safest for all parties and the costs are about the same as credit cards for the merchant. It is the safest method for you in that NO FINANCIAL INFORMATION ever gets transferred to the merchant. I would suggest you use PayPal whenever possible shopping online. (If you don’t have an account you should look into it…www.paypal.com)
Credit Cards: At the moment there is no support for credit cards. But it will be here shortly. I plan to have the ability to accept VISA and MasterCard on this site.
Checks/Money orders: I do not accept checks or money orders online. However if you desire to purchase an item and this is your ONLY METHOD AVAILABLE for payment, send me an email and we will work something out via USMAIL. However, it is strongly advised to use PayPal instead of sending money via “snail mail”.
